2. How do I submit pictures for the WEB site?

For 1 or 2 pictures, you can E-mail your picture to our webmaster. For more than a couple of pictures, you should burn them onto a CD ROM or write them to a 100MB Zip disk and then make arrangements to get them to our webmaster. For lots of pictures, our E-mail system is just too slow.

Describe in your E-mail where you think the picture should be found on the WEB site. Also, in your E-mail, include your phone number as an additional contact point. Our webmaster may call you before posting your picture.

The pictures on this WEB site are jpeg files (i.e., .jpg files). Most have been re-sized to 4" wide by 3" high with a resolution of 72 pixels per inch. This format usually creates a file size that is less than 15K. We need smaller size files so they will download quickly. Therefore, please re-size your pictures to this format before E-mailing them to us. We use "Adobe PhotoDeluxe Business Edition" to re-size our pictures.

Finally, remember to review our picture policy before sending in any pictures.
