The only way to make sure things get done the way you like them is to do them yourself; i.e. become the team manager! The team manager (i.e. the head coach) is responsible for the overall operation of the team. Every year we need new managers. This is a fun and rewarding experience that requires some of your valuable time, but can have a significant positive impact on the lives of our young girls. We ask that all of our team managers attend a coaching clinic, and we may also require that a background check be done through the Department of Justice.
