NOTE: Changes to the above master schedule may only be accommodated if submitted to Scott Gellerman or Stan Skoglund at least 15 days before the game date. This is the only way these changes can be made without people staying up until midnight to ensure everything is covered. Remember, umpires have been assigned for the entire season and they make plans after receiving their assignments. Umpires, like all sports officials, are not employees, they are independent contractors that do not have to drop everything to go umpire a game when called. Decisions affecting other people can not be made with just a couple of days notice.

The Microsoft Excel file given below contains the same games as the master scheduled shown above, only in a different format. This alternate format assigns the teams a different letter so that all teams may be listed without confusion between divisions. NOTE: For this 2003 Winterball season, please use the team letters shown on the master schedule given above and do NOT use the new letters shown on this alternate format schedule. The alternate format schedule is only given to easily show what teams are playing on what fields.
