All teams are required to have a Bollinger ASA youth insurance policy for all their players and coaches. Insurance policies should be with the team manager at all games. The umpires or opposing team manager have the right to see your team policy upon request. All players on your team need to be registered in your league and the team manager should carry each player's league registration form with them to all games.
