N.C.W.A. (North County Winterball Association) is the organization that regulates and schedules games for many ASA girls softball leagues. The participating leagues are located within or near by the North County of San Diego, California, and hence the name N.C.W.A.

The games are played on Sundays during the months of September, October, and November of each year.

Umpires for the games are scheduled by N.C.W.A., although the fields are provided by each of the participating leagues. Most years there is also a tournament or playoff at the end of the season.
