End of Season Survey
Dear Parents,
Now that the season has come to a close, PQGSA would like you to take a few minutes to complete the following survey. The purpose of this survey is to obtain your feedback regarding your daughter's softball experience during the Spring Recreational season. The information will be used to measure your overall satisfaction and how to make improvements to our organization. Your responses will be held confidential. Individual responses will not be given to the coaches, so please be candid. Your response will help us with our coach training and league improvements.
